All our drivers have a police clearance and a minimum of seven years taxi driving experience.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
All prices quoted are per vehicle for a vehicle capable of taking four passengers comfortably. All our vehicles are fully electric BYD Atto 3Can the price of the trip be shared between the various passengers (eg:backpackers)?
Yes we are able to split the costs between various different cards or methods of paymentWhat methods of payment do we accept?
We accept Cash, Cards Paywave, Applepay debit and eftpos cards accepted.What is included in a Tour?
Anything you wish to visit. Popular visits are to the four Geothermal parks, Hobbiton,The Kiwi Hatchery, Agrodome, Putaruru Blue Springs or any combination over 80 tourism attractions in the area.

What is the typical Tour Length?
From a basic dropoff and pickup to a full day (8hours) tour of your design. You design what you require and we will provide the transport
Does the driver wait for us while we are visiting the attractions?
This depends on the location. If it is an attraction that is close to town the driver may move on to other transfers and meet you at a set time. It can also be arranged for you to contact the driver when you are ready to move on.
If the attraction is further away like Hobbiton the driver will remain to return you to town when you are finished. There is no additional charge.
What is the Cost of a Day Hire?
A full day hire for 8 hours is normally NZ$400. All travel must be within 100km of Rotorua. This covers all the local attractions and allows you to travel at your own pace. Any time over 8 hours is an additional NZ$50 per hour or part thereof
